Gender Inequality
I both agree and disagree with the reading on pages 261-264. In the US growing up as a woman people treat you differently, more fragile. You grow up learning what is socially acceptable with whatever sex you are. The reason I disagree is because I know that woman can do everything men can... except peeing standing up! I've learned first hand that women can do everything that men can, having a sister that is gay and dresses and acts like a male. She does everything that men do, it's how she decided to be and it's awesome seeing it first hand. The possibilities in this world are endless.

It took many years for Americans to recognize just what tasks women could do. Even though our populace is among the best educated in the world, we've been slow to acknowledge these matters. Cordially, Richard Bobys
